CLA Bylaws Amendments

The CLA Voting Members in January 2025 will be asked to vote on three Bylaw Amendments dealing with:

• Approving Amendments to Article X: Governance to modernize and make consistent language related to meetings of the Board of Directors.
• Approving Amendments to Article XI: Committees to restructure the Bylaw language on Committees.
• Approving Miscellaneous Bylaws Amendments to Article X, Article XII, and Miscellaneous Amendments throughout the Bylaws relating to use of the terms “The Association” and “The Board.”
