2025 Bylaws Amendments

Three separate amendments are proposed:

Amendments to Article X: Governance to modernize and make consistent language related to meetings of the Board of Directors.
Amendments to Article XI: Committees to restructure the Bylaw language on Committees.
Miscellaneous Bylaws Amendments to Article X, Article XII, and Miscellaneous Amendments throughout the Bylaws relating to use of the terms “The Association” and “The Board.”
