Part two of this series will cover everything you need to know about creating a successful resume. We will focus on how your cover letter, resume, and application should reflect successful experience with managing your workplace relationships, including managing conflicts, projects, deadlines, budgets, and maintaining agreed-upon quality. We will look at why it is a mistake to focus only on your professional and technical skills, such as reference, cataloging, IT, YA and children’s services, etc. 

Although we can’t provide individual feedback, you can submit your cover letter and resume to Pat Wagner (pat@patternresearch.com) by July 15. She will review your documents and include her impressions and real examples, anonymously of course, in the content of this webinar.
