To kick off the 2020 online edition of "My Leadership Journey", Vikki Cervantes, City Librarian of the Porterville Public Library, we will talk to Vikki about the tragic fire that took the lives of two firefighters and destroyed the historic community institution, her interesting leadership journey, how she went from home town girl, born and raised in Porterville to being its City Librarian, her advice for leading in crisis, and how the community is moving forward from this tragedy.
