CLA Technical Services Award of Merit

California Library Association

Technical Services Award of Merit

Sponsored by Baker & Taylor

The CLA Technical Services Award of Merit acknowledges superior achievement by an individual in those areas of the library profession that encompass technical services.

All members of the library community are invited to take this opportunity to recognize deserving technical services colleagues who have made significant contributions in those areas of librarianship that have been especially challenged by the need for innovation and adaptation in dealing with rapidly changing technology and work environments. The CLA Technical Services Award of Merit recipient is honored at the CLA annual conference.

A maximum of one award is given each year. CLA’s Technical Services Award of Merit is presented with $500 (to help cover conference registration) and is honored at the CLA Annual Conference.

The CLA Technical Services Award of Merit is sponsored by Baker & Taylor.
