The CLA Nominating Committee is proud to announce the slate of candidates for Board of Directors with terms beginning November 2020. The committee has invested time and effort to make sure CLA has the leadership needed to support our membership and organization. CLA members will have the opportunity to shape CLA leadership in the upcoming CLA election process. Voting will take place online mid-October 2020.

NOMINATION BY PETITION

The opportunity to petition to be placed on the slate opens today, September 10th, and closes

Monday, October 5th/5pm pacific

Nomination by petition - petitions should be presented to Beth Wrenn Estes (bwestes@cla-net.org) by 5pm pacific on Monday, October 5th. Petitions for Vice President/President Elect will be placed on the ballot upon petition of 34 voting members of the Association and nominations for other Board Members may be placed upon the ballot upon petition of 25 voting members of the Association. Petitions shall be accompanied by the written consent of the nominee(s). See bylaws for more information.

Candidate Statements & Biographies will be up on the CLA website in approximately four weeks. Petition candidates will be added as appropriate after the petition deadline closes. Elections will go live in mid-October, date to be determined based on whether petitions are received.
