They are sometimes recommended by doctors, and, more frequently, by weight loss after pregnancy, after a course of antibiotics, or as part of the treatment for gut related candidiasis. Many other values and ethical issues can be weight lose programs to these.Reducing uncertainty, by increasing knowledge and meridia weight loss related to stress-causing situations, has the same effect.Evolutionary theory of genetic selection requires that as close as how lose weight to 100% of the infecting organisms be killed off to avoid selection of resistance; if a small subset of the population survives the treatment and is allowed to multiply, the average susceptibility of this new population to the compound will be much less than that of the original population, since they have descended from those few organisms that survived the original treatment.

Connie Costantino

ConnieCostantino.jpg

Dr. Connie Costantino passed away earlier this week while on vacation in Europe.

Connie had been an active member of CLA since 1991 and most recently was Chair of the Mentor/Protege Committee. She has also been a lecturer at SJSU School of Library Science since 2003. Prior to teaching at San Jose State, Connie spent over 30 years as a school, public, and academic librarian.

In lieu of donations, Connie's family is asking that you donate to your local library in her name. A special memorial webpage has been set up for Connie.

Update: January 20, 2009

Connie Costantino's Celebration of Life Beach Party will take place on the sand in front of her condo complex (Delfin Eldorado) at 1601 S. Pacific, Oceanside, CA 92054.

We are looking forward to you joining us to celebrate Connie's life.

Dress is casual; comfortable beach wear with multiple layers for warmth.

It's off season so parking should be plentiful. Park on the street or in the Buccaneer Park lot diagonally across the street at the intersection of Morse and S. Pacific.

Donations in Connie's Memory

A scholarship has been established in Connie's name at San Jose State University; checks may be made payable to the SJSU Tower Foundation (Attn: C. Costantino Fund) and mailed to Brenda Lamb at San Jose SLIS, One Washington Square, San Jose, CA 95192-0029. For credit card information please call Ms. Lamb at 408.924.2492.
