SJSU Fundraiser Scheduled in Conjunction with CLA Conference
The School of Library & Information Science at San Jose State University is hosting an exciting event,The Future is Within Reach-A Night at the Museum. This fundraiser will showcase the San Jose Museum of Art and is scheduled to coincide with CLA's 110th Annual Conference and Exhibition. One-hundred percent of all proceeds will go towards student scholarships. This fantastic evening, consisting of art, music, wine and cheese tasting, hors d'oeuvres, and both a silent and a live auction, will be presented at the San Jose Museum of Art on Saturday, November 15, 2008, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. For more information and to purchase tickets, please visit our website at http://slisweb.sjsu.edu/slis/events/fundraiser2008/nightatmuseum.htm
