Reporting Your Results to CLA
Please remember to submit your summer reading outcomes results to CLA. We will use them to demonstrate to funders and stakeholders the value and importance of California's public library summer reading programs, to improve the support we provide to summer reading programs in the future, and to meet our state and federal reporting requirements.
If you plan to distribute your survey electronically, CLA can provide you with a link to a Survey Monkey survey that you can either make available on library computers or send out to your patrons. Surveys will include (a) CLA's outcomes questions; (b) options for patrons to let you know which branch they visit; and (c) up to three questions of your choice that you would like to add to CLA's survey. Your patrons' responses will come directly to CLA. At the end of the summer, your data will be collated and a report sent to you by CLA staff. If you would like to use CLA's electronic survey service to collect your data, please contact Natalie Cole.
If you plan to use paper surveys to collect your data, please contact CLA for a link to a Survey Monkey survey that you can use to input and submit your data.
Data for summer 2014 should be submitted by email to Natalie Cole by the second Friday in September: Friday, September 12, 2014.
Please use the form below to submit your outcome 2 data.
