Librarians and library school students received career development advice at a workshop presented jointly by CLA, the UCLA Department of Information Studies, and the UCLA Library & Information Studies Alumni Association, on Friday, April 29, 2010.
At this half-day program, our panel of presenters discussed how to build a professional résumé, carry out an effective job search, and develop and enhance interview skills, helping attendees take charge of their careers and find the jobs that are right for them.
