The program will be held at Cerritos Public Library, 18025 Bloomfield Ave., Cerritos, 90703. Keynote speaker will be Dr. Francisco Jimenez of Santa Clara University and author of The Circuit: Stories from the Life of a Migrant Child, and its sequel, Breaking Through.
